ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Lead Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for our urgent care in Hadley, MA. The role focuses on compassionate patient care, clinical leadership, and mentorship of new-grad providers and staff within a collaborative clinic.

The FNP will conduct health assessments, order and interpret tests, administer procedures and vaccines, and ensure accurate documentation in EMR while upholding HIPAA and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner with certification
• DEA license with no restrictions
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certific. by AHA or Red Cross (no CPR/ACLS online)
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Proactive, confident written and verbal communicator
• Compassionate, patient-focused care with technical savvy

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centered care with health assessments, exams, and history reviews.
• Document and maintain complete medical records in EMR per policy.
• Collaborate with clinic staff for efficient patient flow and dispositions.
• Serve as clinic leader when manager not present and mentor staff.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge through workshops and professional networks.
