ConvenientMD in New England seeks a Lead Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to guide our urgent care team, mentor new-grad providers, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will oversee clinical staff, ensure compliant documentation, and collaborate with the team to optimize patient flow and outcomes. A Master's NP, DEA license, and BLS are required; leadership experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and NP certification required.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centered care with comprehensive assessments and treatment planning.
• Mentor and support new-grad providers and clinic staff.
• Maintain complete, accurate EMR documentation for all patients.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate efficient patient care and dispositions.
• Lead the clinic in the absence of the Practice Manager and ensure operations run smoothly.
• Stay current with clinical knowledge and participate in ongoing education.
