This job is ON - SITE.
FTE: 0.90 (36.00 hrs)
Shift: Shift 1
0730-1600 Monday - Friday, 1 day off every 2 weeks. No scheduled weekends/holidays/on call shifts.
Serves in a lead capacity for the Diagnostic Radiology Department. Responsible for daily operations, assigning work responsibilities, and ensuring staffing is appropriate. Provides guidance and technical assistance, monitors adherence to guidelines and regulations for record keeping and quality control. Interacts effectively with imaging and medical/clinical staff, patients, and other customers. Provides constructive direction and support to Imaging staff and leadership. Exemplifies organizational customer service standards and supports organizational excellence initiatives. Performs all duties outlined in the Radiologic Technologist job description. Serves as a formal preceptor for onboarding new employees. Demonstrates flexibility in scheduling and staffing, including weekend, holiday, and call coverage where applicable. Performs other duties as assigned.
Graduate of an ARRT-approved program in radiologic technology.
Strong leadership, verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize and organize workflow, and strong problem-solving skills with self-motivation.
