Job summary

Relativity Space in Long Beach is seeking a Supervisor of the Fluids Factory to lead a team of tube benders, OTW technicians, welders and cleaners in fabricating fluid lines for Terran-R production. You will drive daily operations and set safety and quality standards.

This role requires 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing with 2+ years leading people, strong communication, and experience with GTAW/OTW welding and Lean principles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certification.
• 5+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience with at least 2+ years as a people leader.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with welding processes including GTAW and OTW.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles.
• Self-starter with eagerness to learn and excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a growing team of fabricators, welders, and assembly technicians, providing daily technical direction and performance coaching.
• Set and maintain priorities for the team to meet program schedules and ensure hardware is delivered on-time and in-spec.
• Help establish process standards and hold teams accountable to maintain quality.
• Communicate daily/weekly progress to upper management including blockers and proposed solutions.
