Qualifications

• B.S. degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
• 5+ years in fluid, thermal, or process system design.
• Proven ability to develop P&IDs per ISA standards.
• Experience selecting and sizing sensors, valves, orifices, heat exchangers, vessels.
• Working knowledge of relevant industry standards.
• Ability to read and contribute to control narratives.
• Self-motivated, high performer with strong self-management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own P&IDs for HPU and future product lines per ISA standards.
• Select instrumentation and components based on operating conditions.
• Size valves, relief devices, heat exchangers, filters, and vessels.
• Coordinate with applications engineering to convert specs into supplier datasheets.
• Contribute to control narratives with the controls team.
• Lead safety analyses such as HAZOP/PHA.
• Support skidded equipment build and field commissioning.
• Assist testing of packaged turbomachinery systems.
• Support customer site commissioning and training.
