Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional floral design experience (lead or senior designer preferred).
  • Proven leadership and team coaching skills.
  • Experience with inventory management and vendor ordering.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with POS/order management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work standing for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute floral designs for daily, weekly, monthly and custom orders.
  • Collaborate with event teams on execution of events and installations.
  • Maintain design standards and oversee production timelines.
  • Train and coach design staff; ensure quality and brand consistency.
  • Coordinate production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Oversee inventory and purchasing for events and weekly accounts.
  • Ensure smooth back-of-house operations and safety standards.
