Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5–8 years of flight training experience.
• Experience supervising or managing teams is required.
• Knowledge of EASA/UKCAA Part-FCL/ORA and AMC/GM is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure training programs comply with regulatory requirements (EASA/UKCAA/QCAA).
• Maintain and update training manuals and operations manuals.
• Develop and standardize training syllabi across courses.
• Monitor training effectiveness and student performance outcomes.
• Supervise and assess flight instructors and examiners.
• Ensure instructors maintain required qualifications and engage in professional development.
• Lead quality assurance processes for flight training operations.
• Support internal audits and inspections by aviation authorities.
• Collaborate with Safety Management personnel to integrate safety into training activities.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance training quality and compliance.
