Job summary

ProAmpac Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Print Team Leader to coordinate daily press activities while ensuring safety, quality and productivity to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

The role operates on the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm, Mon-Fri) with a starting pay of $25.15 per hour plus a $0.50 shift differential ($25.65 total). Five years of manufacturing experience with Flexography/Flexible Packaging and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years manufacturing experience with in-depth knowledge of Flexography and Flexible Packaging.
• Leadership experience is required.
• Two years supervisory or team lead experience.
• Five years in Flexography/Flexible Packaging Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily press activities to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Maintain updates to department managers on matters affecting morale, staffing and performance.
• Communicate equipment malfunctions for corrective action.
• Guide team members on troubleshooting production issues.
• Approve production samples with QC and ensure quality consistency.
• Maintain tooling inventory and notify when maintenance/replacement is needed.
• Coordinate with support crews to stage materials and tooling for Press.
• Ensure readiness for regulatory and certification audits.
• Oversee trials and scale-ups for new business onboarding.
• Certify production paperwork and data entry accuracy.
• Provide coaching for performance evaluations and development.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects to reduce costs.
• Assist in root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain training programs for shift positions.
• Attend and participate in meetings.
