Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Five+ years of experience as a semi-trailer maintenance technician.
• Three years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of semi-trailer and conveyor systems and controls.
• Basic understanding of industrial electrical and industrial controls.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures including 90-day inspections.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by following the Company Safety Program.
• Provide routine preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections to fleet trailing equipment.
• Supervise multiple trailer maintenance technicians.
• Collaborate with Safety leadership to ensure safety programs are followed.
• May use a personal or company vehicle for business.
• Perform other duties as needed.
