OnTrac is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Technician Lead in Hayward, CA

Location: 41460 Boyce Road, Fremont CA 94538. This position is performed onsite at one of the Company’s operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting.

Compensation: The hourly pay range for this position is $32.31 - $48.46 per hour.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job-related factors.

This position may also be eligible for shifting differentials, overtime pay, or other forms of additional compensation, in accordance with applicable Company policies and law.

Employment Logistics

Fleet Maintenance Technician Lead will ensure all Fleet trailing equipment is inspected, maintained, and repaired in accordance with federal and state regulations as well as company standards and will ensure a safe working environment for all. The Must-Haves

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
