Cogent Analytics is seeking a Lead Fleet Mechanic to oversee the fleet maintenance program and readiness for rapid response and restoration services. You will diagnose and repair diesel and heavy-vehicle systems, coordinate maintenance schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. CDL preferred and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years proven fleet maintenance experience.
• Certifications in commercial fleet maintenance and safety compliance preferred.
• CDL is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review preventative maintenance schedules and ensure vehicle upkeep according to plan.
• Diagnose minor mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment.
• Oversee emergency response maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Ensure repairs maintain asset availability for projects and emergency responses.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to extend fleet lifespan and reduce costs.
