Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Lead Fleet Mechanic to oversee the maintenance and readiness of our vehicle fleet supporting rapid response and restoration services.

You will manage preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure regulatory compliance to keep assets available for projects and emergencies. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fleet maintenance, with diesel/heavy vehicle expertise and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven fleet maintenance experience.
• Diesel engine/heavy vehicle maintenance, diagnosis and safety compliance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review preventive maintenance schedules and ensure vehicles are maintained on schedule.
• Diagnose mechanical/electronic problems using diagnostic tools.
• Maintain asset availability for projects and emergency responses.
• Ensure safety training and regulatory compliance.
• Deploy fleet assets rapidly during emergencies.
