Job summary

Lever, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Lead Fleet Mechanic to maintain our fleet and support rapid response and restoration services. You will manage preventative maintenance schedules, diagnose mechanical issues, and lead emergency repairs to keep assets ready for projects and outages.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of fleet maintenance experience, diesel/heavy-vehicle expertise, strong communication and organizational skills, and CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certifications in commercial fleet maintenance.
• Minimum of 5 years fleet maintenance experience.
• CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review preventive maintenance schedules and ensure on-time maintenance.
• Diagnose minor mechanical and electronic problems with diagnostic tools.
• Address maintenance needs efficiently while complying with reporting requirements.
• Oversee emergency response maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Maintain asset availability for projects and emergency responses.
• Support safety training and ensure regulatory compliance.
