Lever, Inc. is seeking a Lead Fleet Mechanic to oversee fleet maintenance, readiness, and emergency response support for rapid restoration services. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, asset optimization, and safety compliance to ensure operational readiness for emergencies and adverse weather. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. CDL is preferred.

Competenze

• Certifications in commercial fleet maintenance and a minimum of 5 years of fleet maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules; diesel/heavy vehicle maintenance, diagnosis, repair and safety compliance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• CDL preferred.

• Fleet Maintenance: Review preventative maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are maintained on schedule.
