Job summary

Cogentanalytics seeks a Lead Fleet Mechanic to maintain our fleet and support rapid response and restoration services. You will ensure fleet readiness, oversee maintenance schedules, and contribute to safety and efficiency during emergencies.

The role requires a strong background in commercial fleet maintenance, diesel engine work, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. CDL is preferred and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Certifications in commercial fleet maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules and diesel engines.
• Hands-on experience with diagnosis, repair, and safety compliance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Review preventative maintenance schedules and ensure adherence.
• Diagnose minor mechanical/electronic problems using diagnostic computers.
• Address maintenance needs efficiently while complying with reporting requirements.
• Lead emergency response maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Analyze asset data to improve utilization and reduce downtime.
