- Implement and evaluate training programs by coordinating course delivery and reviewing instructional effectiveness.
- Serve as a program manager for USFA/NFA specialty areas, providing technical guidance.
- Conduct curriculum assessments by collecting stakeholder input and coordinating course development or revision.
