Job summary

Rainbow Restoration of Chesapeake is seeking a Lead Technician for the Fire, Contents & Specialty Cleaning division. You will lead a small crew, oversee fire/contents projects, and ensure proper handling of customer belongings with care and professionalism.

The role involves documenting work, coordinating with the Project Manager, and maintaining organized work areas. Experience in restoration or similar hands-on work and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in restoration, contents cleaning, moving, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians on fire, contents, and specialty cleaning projects.
• Assist with fire and smoke damage cleaning.
• Inventory, photograph, label, and track customer contents.
• Establish containment and follow PPE and safety procedures.
• Communicate project progress to the Project Manager/Division Manager.
