Job summary

ORR Protection is seeking a Superintendent based in the Tampa, FL area to lead installations of fire alarm and clean agent suppression systems. The role involves overseeing technicians and subcontractors while ensuring quality service. Candidates must have at least five years of relevant experience and a high school diploma. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fire alarm and special hazard suppression systems.
• FASA/BASA license preferred.
• Associate degree in electronics or related field preferred.
• NICET (Fire Alarm / Special Hazard) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of fire alarm and clean agent systems.
• Lead job site teams of ORR technicians and subcontractors.
• Conduct training with customers on fire system functionality.
• Respond to emergency service requests.

Experience with intelligent fire control panel programming software

Strong time management skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Five years' experience in service and/or installation of fire alarm systems

Experience reading blueprints
