Job summary

Nationwide Fixture Installations is seeking career-minded Lead Finish Carpenters to oversee and install cabinets, casework, wall panels, millwork and trim in commercial and retail environments.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of finish carpentry experience in commercial or retail settings, can read drawings, and works well with co-workers on site. Willing to travel and work overtime as needed. OSHA 10/30 training or certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High School, Trade School or Equivalent.
• Experience: 3-5 years installation and Commercial or Retail finish carpentry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with co-workers and others on site.
• Understand layouts for millwork, fixtures and other elements.
• Know architectural/shop drawings and floorplans; use woodworking tools.
• Receive and stage inventory of millwork and fixture parts.
• Perform all tasks of a working carpenter including installation of cabinets, countertops, trim, wall panel systems, fixtures, etc.
• Submit time sheets and expense reports; photos if required.
• Support a strong commitment to site safety.
