Job summary

Nationwide Fixture Installations is seeking career-minded Lead Finish Carpenters to oversee and install cabinets, casework, wall panels and millwork in commercial and retail environments. You will lead a crew of 3–8, read layouts, and coordinate with project management.

The role requires five years of finish carpentry experience in commercial/retail settings and at least one year of supervisory experience; travel 2–8 weeks may be required, with OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Five years installation/finishing carpentry in commercial/retail environments.
• One year minimum supervisory experience.
• Education: High School, Trade School or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate crew of 3–8 carpenters.
• Interact professionally with clients, general contractors and subs.
• Communicate with Project Management Team.
