Job summary
Nationwide Fixture Installations in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Lead Finish Carpenter to oversee cabinet, casework, wall panels, and millwork installations in commercial and retail environments. You will supervise crews, interpret drawings, and ensure quality and safety on site.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in installation and finish carpentry, with at least one year of supervisory experience, strong client interaction skills, and readiness to travel for project durations.
Qualifications
- Five years installation and commercial/retail finish carpentry experience.
- Minimum one year supervisory experience.
- Education: High School or Trade School or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Capable of managing and motivating others.
- Interact professionally with clients, general contractors and sub-contractors.
- Clearly and effectively communicate with Project Management Team.
- Personnel management of crews 3-8 people.
- Interpret layouts for millwork, fixtures and other elements.
- Evaluate site conditions, construction and delivery schedules.
- Identify non-contract scope and generate added work changes if necessary.
- Receive, stage and manage inventory of millwork and fixture parts.
- Install cabinets, countertops, trim, wall panels, and retail fixtures.
