Job summary

Nationwide Fixture Installations seeks career-minded Lead Finish Carpenters to oversee and install cabinets, casework, wall panels and fixture components in commercial and retail spaces. The role requires 5 years of finish carpentry, supervisory experience, and the ability to manage crews up to 8 people.

Travel of 2–8 weeks is possible; overtime and non-conventional shifts may occur. Tools provided by you; OSHA 10/30 and other Certifications preferred, with company training available.

Qualifications

• Five years installation and commercial or retail finish carpentry experience.
• One year minimum supervisory experience.
• High School, Trade School or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Capable of managing and motivating others.
• Interact professionally with clients, general contractors and sub-contractors.
• Interpret layouts for millwork, fixtures and other elements.
• Submit time sheets, expense reports and daily reports and progress photos electronically.
• Support site safety and quality standards.
