Seasons at Seven Canyons, operated by HOAMCO, seeks an experienced Restaurant & Banquet Manager with a strong background in fine dining and wine service. The role oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring impeccable service and expert hospitality.

The ideal candidate will lead front-of-house teams, manage the wine program, train staff, and collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal pairings, while maintaining guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant management experience in a fine dining and private club setting.
• Strong wine knowledge, preferably with prior training.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
• Experience in inventory control.
• Knowledge of restaurant technology, including POS systems and reservation platforms.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Formal training in hospitality management or culinary arts.
• Experience in menu development and food & beverage pairing.
• Certification in food safety and alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS).

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house team to ensure a polished dining experience.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff in fine dining etiquette and wine pairings.
• Maintain high hospitality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee wine program, inventory, and supplier relations.
• Collaborate with culinary team on seasonal wine pairings and tasting menus.
• Manage operations, control costs, and optimize profitability with the Executive Chef & Director of Food, Beverage & Events.
• Coordinate with vendors for inventory and ordering.
• Ensure health, safety, and alcohol service compliance.
• Develop marketing initiatives and events to drive revenue.
