Job summary

HOAMCO seeks a seasoned Restaurant & Banquet Manager for The Club at Seven Canyons in Sedona, AZ. You will lead a fine dining front-of-house team, oversee wine service, and partner with the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in fine dining and private clubs, strong leadership, inventory control, POS and wine pairing expertise, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management in fine dining/private club settings.
• Strong wine knowledge; ability to curate wine lists and pairings.
• Proven leadership to train and motivate a team.
• Experience with inventory control and cost management.
• Familiarity with restaurant technology including POS and reservations.

Responsibilities

• Lead front of house to ensure a polished dining experience.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff in fine dining etiquette and wine pairings.
• Oversee wine program, inventory, and supplier relations.
• Manage daily operations, costs, and service standards.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives and guest event planning.
