Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is recruiting for a Regulatory Reporting Supervisor in the United States to lead a reporting team responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory submissions, including Form PF and Form SLT. You will review, write and assemble reports, ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, and manage relationships with clients and auditors.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in accounting/finance settings, 3 years of supervisory experience, CPA/CFA/CA preferred, and willingness

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in an Accounting Firm, Hedge Fund, Private Equity Administrator, Audit or related financial institution.
• 3 years’ supervisory experience of a team of investment funds accountants/auditors.
• Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements.
• Experience with financial statements or regulatory review/preparation.
• Advanced knowledge of complex derivatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; CPA/CFA/CA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor and review the reporting staff's daily and periodic completed assignments.
• Compile and advise on monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory reports such as Form PF, Form SLT and others.
• Support client and audit firm interactions to maintain strong relationships.
• Train staff on regulations and updated rules; set department and individual goals.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for clients on request.
• Troubleshoot fund accounting and client issues.
• Attend meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge for dissemination.
• Assist during peak periods as defined by Senior Manager.
• Identify opportunities for new clients and service enhancements.
