Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual 10-Q and 10-K filings with accurate disclosures.
• Support Investor Relations with earnings materials and press releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy in reports.
• Address external audit requests in a timely manner and provide supporting documentation.
• Assist in developing accounting policies and documenting significant transactions.
• Drive efficiency and modernization of the reporting process.
