Job summary

Resicap LP is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Manager to lead the month-end close and financial reporting for a growing portfolio of third-party property management clients. You will manage a distributed team of onshore and offshore accountants and serve as the primary financial contact for clients, presenting results and addressing inquiries.

You will establish reporting standards, oversee onboarding of new clients, and collaborate with operations and IT to improve data flow and automation

Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years of people management.
• Strong communication with clients, investors, and leadership.
• Proven track record owning month-end close and multi-entity reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and monthly financial reporting for a growing portfolio of third-party property management clients.
• Lead, develop, and manage onshore/offshore accounting teams; set priorities and conduct reviews.
• Serve as primary financial contact for clients, presenting results and resolving questions.
• Establish and maintain reporting standards, close calendars, checklists, and quality controls.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients, chart of accounts mapping, and review of fees/billing.
