Real Estate company is seeking an experienced Manager of Property Accounting to lead the accounting and financial reporting for a growing portfolio of commercial real estate assets. You will oversee a team of property accountants and partner with Asset Management, Property Management, and executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will have CRE accounting experience, strong leadership, and a drive to build scalable, efficient processes in a high-growth environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of property accounting experience.
• Experience in commercial real estate accounting preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end closes for a real estate portfolio.
• Review property-level financial statements, reconciliations, and analyses.
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Oversee acquisitions, dispositions, tenant improvements, cap ex, and lease transactions.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting at property level.
• Lead and develop a team of Property Accountants and Senior Property Accountants.
• Improve workflows and implement best practices to support growth.
