• Develops and monitors quality controls for revenues, expenditures, and staffing needs.
• Conducts cost analyses, efficiency studies, and organizational reviews for compliance.
• Ensures budgets are synchronized and balanced across fund sources; compiles data for reports.
• Acts as primary technical advisor on NAF fiscal management and supervises staff.
