Just A Start is seeking a Financial Coach and Educator to guide clients toward clear financial goals and sustainable plans. You will deliver hands-on coaching and accessible education, supporting low- to moderate-income individuals with wealth-building strategies.

The role partners with the Financial Empowerment team to evolve coaching programs, offering both in-person and virtual sessions and occasional evenings/weekends to meet client needs.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of full-time financial coaching or education experience.
• Experience with low- to moderate-income individuals including trauma-informed approaches.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into accessible education.
• Strong communication, empathy, and active listening to build trust.
• Familiarity with programs or services that support financial stability.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one financial coaching using Just A Start’s framework.
• Educate clients on cash flow, bill tracking, debt reduction, and credit management.
• Deliver engaging workshops tailored to diverse groups and needs.
• Maintain accurate client records and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to connect clients with resources.
