You will collaborate with State Finance Leadership, Operations, and Regulatory Services to optimize planning, support growth, and achieve objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and governance. Strong communication of results to all levels is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or closely related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of pertinent FP&A experience.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to develop and refine forecast assumptions for strategic financial planning.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to prepare forecasts informing strategic plans.
• Collaborate with Operational Finance teams and stakeholders for detailed planning of results (budget, forecast, actuals).
• Provide expert analysis on revenue growth, expenses, capex, and key financial metrics.
• Communicate financial results, forecasts and projections to all levels of management.
