Position: Lead Financial Analyst – Cash & Savings & Investment Products

Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

ur client is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in driving strategic financial initiatives across their Cash & Savings and Investment Products portfolio. This hybrid role is based in Malvern, PA, with three in-office days and two remote workdays each week.

In this high-impact, high-visibility position, you’ll help guide decision-making at the senior leadership level, contributing directly to major enterprise priorities—especially the Cash & Savings Operating Priority. You’ll develop and present materials for senior leadership, support governance activities, and align divisional OKRs. Additional projects may include areas like Private Equity, Sweep Strategy, and Cash Alpha initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic scenario analysis that informs enterprise-wide and divisional decisions.
• Act as a subject matter expert in financial planning and analysis, offering insights that help shape business strategies and improve product profitability.
• Build and continuously refine costing models and financial frameworks to support product and channel pricing strategies.
• Prepare high-quality financial presentations and performance updates for senior leadership, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic alignment.
• Respond to complex data requests with comprehensive analysis and insights; gather and synthesize information from cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and financial innovation across teams, implementing solutions that enhance decision support.
• Mentor and guide team members in financial concepts and tools, contributing to professional development and team capability growth.
• Take ownership of key initiatives and ad-hoc projects across the finance organization as needed.
• Think strategically and translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Communicate confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
• Enjoy solving multifaceted problems and influencing decisions across functions.
• Have led cross-functional financial initiatives or enterprise-wide projects successfully.
• Thrive in collaborative environments and adapt well to change.
• Bring experience or interest in retail banking, particularly in cash & savings products (a plus but not required).
