The Boeing Company is seeking a First Line Manager (Financial Analyst) to lead finance analysis for the Defense Supply Chain. You will oversee material/non-labor financials, develop EACs, and drive EVM compliance across multiple functions within Boeing Global Services.

The role is hybrid, with locations including Ridley Park, PA, and other sites. A strong finance background and leadership experience are essential for success.

Formación

• Leadership experience in a team or project setting
• 5+ years in a finance-related role (FP&A, cost, accounting)
• 3+ years of Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Proven ability to analyze contracts and budgets
• Experience collaborating across functions to drive results
• Strong communication and reporting skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead analyst(s) and directly support material/non-labor financials in Boeing Global Services portfolio
• Analyze Bills of Material for procurement, budgeting, and reporting
• Develop Estimates at Completion (EACs) and support EVM activities
• Collaborate across Program Finance, Material Estimating, Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain
• Mentor and lead a diverse team of analysts ensuring quality and timeliness
• Report cost/schedule trends and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
