Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• 3+ years in a business-related function (Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Operations).
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Estimates at Completion (EAC).
• Experience working with large data sets in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drives day-to-day statement of work and deliverables.
• Manages the statement of work assignments.
• Analyzes resource forecasts and EACs for control accounts.
• Develops cost/schedule performance baselines and variance analyses.
• Prepares performance reports for senior management.
• Recommends actions on financial performance projections.
• Trains and mentors junior analysts.
• Supports process improvement and cross-COE engagements.
• Analyzes key performance indicators to improve cycle time.
• Conducts peer reviews and promotes a positive change mindset.
