• Directly manage and supervise Financial Advisors in assigned market.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor FAs to achieve revenue goals.
• Coordinate with Retail and Partners for referrals and training.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and suitability for Mass Affluent products.
• Lead marketing and campaign initiatives to generate leads.
