Job summary

TD Wealth is seeking a Financial Advisor Manager to lead a team of Financial Advisors, focusing on hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management within an assigned market. You will drive Mass Affluent product sales, referrals, and partnerships to grow client assets and revenue.

The role requires extensive travel, strong leadership and a deep understanding of wealth products, including annuities and managed solutions. Collaboration with Retail and Partners is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Licenses: Life/Health, Series 65, 7 and 24.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven managerial skills.
• Previous sales/leadership experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to travel within assigned Market; about 75% of time.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Financial Advisors (FAs).
• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach and mentor FAs in the assigned region.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for Mass Affluent and TDPCW offerings.
• Lead sales and referral activities with Retail and Partners.
• Provide product training and sales support to the team.
• Lead campaigns and marketing programs to generate leads.
