Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for the Finance Systems team. You will own the configuration of Workday Business Assets and Lease Management, guiding asset lifecycle, capitalization rules, and CIP tracking to support scalable growth.

You will collaborate with Compute, Data Infrastructure, Procurement, and Finance stakeholders to ensure assets and leases align with ASC 842, GAAP and regulatory requirements while enabling close accuracy and timely

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementations, or business systems analysis with hands-on Workday Financials experience.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration of Workday Business Assets, asset books, depreciation methods, and CIP tracking; drive design decisions and validate configurations.
• Lead end-to-end lease management and ASC 842 implementation across Workday and lease management platforms.
• Collaborate with Compute, Data Infrastructure, Procurement, Accounting, and other stakeholders to manage high-value technology assets at scale.
• Support ERP core financials and month-end close activities related to assets and leases.
• Partner with Real Estate & Workplace, Legal, FP&A, and Tax on pipeline, capitalization planning, and process improvements.
