Citi is seeking a Lead Finance Solutions Architect to shape the future of its global finance function as part of a multi-year Finance Technology Transformation program. Qualifications

• 6+ years in Business/Process/ Solutions Architecture or equivalent within financial services.
• Deep knowledge of core finance processes: GL, sub-ledgers, close and consolidation, data substantiation, reconciliation.
• Ability to model capabilities and design end-to-end business processes at scale in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Define the target state business architecture for core finance domains (GL, close, substantiation, reconciliation).
• Analyze current state processes to identify gaps and opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation across a global organization.
• Develop detailed models, functional designs, and data flow diagrams for the transformation program.
• Engage senior stakeholders to gather requirements, build consensus, and validate architecture.
• Translate business architecture into clear functional requirements for Technology teams.
