Job summary

Citi is hiring for an Oracle Financials Application Development role to drive configuration rules within Oracle ERP Cloud as part of our Strategic Ledger transformation. The lead role collaborates with finance and tech partners across CBNA UK and EMENA, ensuring data conversion support and deployment across entities.

The ideal candidate has deep ERP ledger knowledge, strong analytics and stakeholder management skills, and can deliver high-quality code while adhering to Citi standards.

Qualifications

Experience as an Oracle Financials consultant with banking or related industry
Deep expertise in ERP ledger concepts
Experience with Oracle ERP product and Accounting Hub/GL modules
Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

Elucidate detailed functional and technical requirements from stakeholders
Implement solutions compliant with Citi standards
Lead technical planning, design and deployment of Oracle configurations for UK and EMENA entities
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including data models and metadata
Mentor teams, conduct design and code reviews, and ensure high quality code
Coordinate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a distributed setup
