Responsibilities

• Provides status updates on planned arrival of deliveries to business partners and operating systems.
• Sequences and schedules efficient driver delivery routes.
• Addresses and resolves team member’s ongoing processes and discrepancies with or changes to work assignments.
• Prepares and processes driver operation documents.
• Generates invoices for services produced and processes invoices for costs incurred.
• Directs vehicle maintenance including preventative maintenance, DOT, and non-DOT repair.
• Leads driver training and safety compliance to cross-functional teams.
