Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in Field Engineering, Technical Training, or Professional Services.
Deep technical knowledge of RF systems and C-UAS technology.
Experience managing third-party service providers.
Responsibilities
Lead high-impact in-person and virtual training sessions.
Evaluate, train, and manage external service partners.
Maintain understanding of RF-based C-UAS technology.
Serve as a Tier 2 support escalation point.
Oversee field deployments and system testing.
Create technical manuals and best-practice guides.
