Job summary

A leading US drone technology firm is looking for a knowledgeable Field Support Representative to enhance customer engagement by providing technical support and logistics assistance. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience with unmanned aircraft systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with military maintenance practices. You'll be expected to travel extensively and provide training and support for various defense and government clients. Comprehensive compensation including salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 plus benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Able to travel up to 80% globally for field support.
• Experience as a Field Support Representative for large clients.
• Familiarity with RMA, spares, logistics or repair workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and customer enablement for UAS.
• Develop field support processes for troubleshooting and escalations.
• Train customers on maintenance and operation techniques for UAS.
