Job summary

Sabino Electric is seeking a Testing & Commissioning Supervisor to lead field-testing operations across Arizona. This hands-on leadership role requires walking onto job sites, understanding equipment, making sound technical decisions, and ensuring safe, correct work.

You will be in the field, on the tools, leading jobs, solving problems, mentoring technicians, and setting the technical standard for testing operations while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical testing experience, with de-energized maintenance testing expertise.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide field crews.
• Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams, panel schedules, and manufacturer test data.

Responsibilities

• Lead de-energized maintenance and acceptance testing projects from job walk through completion.
• Coordinate daily work across Phoenix and Tucson-area technicians.
• Review procedures and test documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Train and mentor technicians on testing procedures, safety, and documentation.
