Job summary

Sabino Electric Inc. is seeking a Testing & Commissioning Supervisor to lead our field-testing operations across Arizona. This hands-on leadership role requires expertise in electrical testing, mentoring technicians, and making sound technical decisions on diverse job sites.

You will be in the field, on the tools, guiding crews, solving problems, and upholding Sabino’s safety and quality standards while traveling throughout Arizona as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical testing experience.
• Experience leading field testing teams.
• Ability to read one-line diagrams and test data.
• Willingness to travel across Arizona.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead de-energized field testing projects from planning to completion.
• Act as technical leader and on-site decision-maker for testing crews.
• Coordinate daily work across Phoenix and Tucson technicians.
• Mentor technicians on testing procedures and safety practices.
