MasTec, Inc. is seeking a Lead Field Technician to oversee remote markets, train field staff, and maintain quality and safety standards across installations and repairs.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with office and support teams, and provide technical guidance to field technicians. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in operations, strong leadership and communication, and a proven ability to ensure OSHA compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification preferred; SCTE/SBCA or related certs encouraged.
• Minimum two years operations experience; more may substitute education.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams, train others, and manage field operations.
• Strong customer service, ethics, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead for remote/satellite markets, coordinating field operations and QA.
• Conduct trainings using safety, quality, and customer service practices.
• Meet with technicians regularly to drive teamwork and performance.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are followed.
• Handle field problems, provide technical guidance, and document issues.
• Supervise 3–10 technicians and liaise with office, warehouse, and support staff.
