Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician III for Riverside, CA to support telecommunications installations and field service. You will lead on-site operations, inspect and audit work, and ensure quality customer service across sites.

You will train technicians and subcontractors, perform installation and service tasks, and provide timely updates to project teams. The role requires 2+ years as a Technician II and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years as a Technician II or equivalent experience.
• Ability to operate network certifiers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite; direct, inspect, and audit technicians’ work as needed.
• Assist in training less experienced technicians on scope of work and administrative tasks.
• Train subcontractors and technicians on theory and practices for reliable, quality installations.
• Perform installation and service work at customer sites based on schedule.
• Provide regular updates and deliverables to project teams in a timely manner.
