Job summary

Aerotek in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Construction Laborer Lead for temporary liquid handling systems. Lead field crews in the installation, inspection, and maintenance of pumps, piping, and filtration across commercial and industrial sites.

You will train technicians, ensure safety, and oversee quality workmanship on projects such as dewatering and bypass systems. Daily leadership, hands-on assembly, and travel to multiple sites are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in craft/mechanical trade (construction, industrial maintenance or related).
• Experience with mechanical assembly of pumps and piping.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Meet at the shop each morning and assist with loading/unloading materials and equipment.
• Travel with a crew to commercial/industrial job sites and perform installations and maintenance.
• Lead and train field technicians on safety, methods, and quality workmanship.
