The role requires strong leadership, field calculations, and the ability to read engineering drawings; you will supervise crew, ensure data quality, and maintain equipment while meeting project goals.

Qualifications

• 5 years working as a Party Chief Surveyor on a new construction site.
• 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Must understand Matrix Service policies and procedures.
• Must complete Matrix Service Safety training and related trainings.
• Background check and drug testing program clearance

Responsabilités

• Manage survey crew and overall field operations on construction sites.
• Serve as client liaison and maintain professional conduct with landowners.
• Perform topographic surveys and stakeout projects.
• Conduct mathematical calculations for field data checks.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Ensure data and notes are submitted daily and maintain equipment.
