Qualifications

• Requires 5 years as Party Chief Surveyor on a new construction site.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to manage crew, time and costs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiar with Matrix Service policies and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the survey crew and oversee daily operations.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Construction Manager.
• Ensure crew safety and equipment integrity.
• Perform field computations and maintain accurate notes.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and stake out plans.
• Meet with clients and landowners professionally.
• Identify and mitigate safety hazards.
