Pennoni is seeking a Survey Crew Chief to lead field operations for Transportation & Land Development projects in the Milton, DE area. This full-time role emphasizes accurate surveying, boundary and topographic work, and coordinating crew activities in the field.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of field surveying experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with total stations, GPS, robotic instruments, and data collection software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional field/land surveying or construction experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge and field surveying operations with various measurement methods.
• Maintain proficiency with total stations, GPS systems, and robotic instruments.
• Prepare field notes and drawings for survey calculations.
• Instruct and train survey crew in methods, equipment use, and safety procedures.
• Perform QA/QC checks and assist in project data collection.
